In 1966, Ken founded and served as President of D.S.C., Inc., retiring in 1998. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Elaine Justi Rall; his son, Terry (Kim) Rall of Harmony; his grandchildren, Bryan Rall, Casey Rall Schneider, Kenny Rall and Keven Rall; and his great-grandchildren, Wyatt and Grace. Born in Pittsburgh, Sister Mary Joseph entered the congregation of the Sisters of Charity on September 8, 1950, from Saint Philip Parish, Linesville, PA. Preceded in death by her parents, Edward J. and Mary G. (Murphy) McElhinny; a brother, Michael D.; a sister, Mrs. James (Johanna M.) Doran; two maternal aunts, Sisters Miriam Joseph Murphy, SC and Mary Peter Murphy, SC and a cousin, Sister Christine Marie McElhinny, she is survived by two brothers: Joseph K., and Edward V. and six sisters, Sister Mary Gertrude, SC, Mrs. James (Mary Jo) Stratton, Mrs. Ralph J. (Judith M.) Redfern, Mrs. John G. (Elizabeth Ann) Ceremuga, Mrs. Lawrence E. (Monica N.) Addison, nieces, nephews and a cousin, Sister Vivien Linkhauer, SC. She earned a bachelor's degree in education from Seton Hill University and a master's degree in administration from Arizona State University. Sister Mary Joseph taught students of the intermediate, junior and senior high school levels in schools of the dioceses of Phoenix and Pittsburgh. From 1965 until 1971, she was principal of Our Lady of Perpetual Help School in Scottsdale, AZ, and was then appointed principal of Resurrection School, Brookline, PA, from 1971 until 1976, when she was named supervisor of schools administered by the Sisters of Charity, a position she held until 1978. In 1978, she was assigned ministry at Saint Kieran School, Lawrenceville where she remained until 1986, when she taught students at Seton-LaSalle High School until 1987. From 1987, until her retirement in 2002, Sister Mary Joseph served as the executive director of Elizabeth Seton Senior Center in Brookline. In reflecting on her life as a Sister of Charity, Sister Mary Joseph once said, My years as a Sister of Charity have been challenging and rewarding. MR. RUDOLPH FERREL BULLARD Age 81, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2020, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania after a brief illness. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions a memorial service will be held in McColl, South Carolina at a later date to be announced. Rudolph was born in McColl, SC, on November 29, 1938, a son of the late James Franklin (Jake) Bullard, Sr. and Annie Maude Bullard. He served in the United States Navy as a Senior Chief on Submarines from 1962 to 1971, and as a Navy Reservist for over 30 combined years of service. He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal twice as well as the National Defense Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal. He graduated from San Jose State University in San Jose, California in 1975 and then held a professional career as an Electrical Engineer, serving 20 years as a Civil Servant for the Department of Defense. He enjoyed traveling, raising horses and reading. He also enjoyed sharing his love of cinema and technology with his son, Drew. In 2016, Rudolph accepted into his heart fully the Lord that he loved all his life and was baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit at St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Edwardsville, Pennsylvania. He spent his time, resources and himself helping and caring for others. Along with his parents listed above, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Julie Lenore Bullard; brothers, Joseph Franklin Bullard, Sr., and James F. Bullard, Jr.; a sister, Mable Butler and brother, Milton Leroy Bullard Sr. and several nieces and nephews. Raymond went on to earn his MBA from Robert Morris. Joan was a loving and devoted wife to the late George A. Bope Jr. and mother to Mark C. Bope of Pittsburgh, the late George A. "Duke" Bope III and Janet Lee McCloskey (Patrick) of Franklin Park. Bob was born in Huntington, West Virginia on January 26, 1934, to the late Harry L. Lowe and Christabelle (Robinson) Lowe. Bob graduated from Bethel High School where he played football as halfback during their undefeated season, then graduated from Marshall University where he played for the Thundering Herd. A veteran of the US Army, his lifelong career was spent in the steel industry until his retirement in 1998 as General Manager of Sales for Cold Metal Products, Youngstown, Ohio. Bob was a man of many interests, a student of history, a voracious reader and a sports and Steelers fan who also loved movies, theater, classical music and ballet. A funny, gentle man, Bob leaves behind his wife of 37 years, Marcia Comer; daughters, Nancy Handyside (John), Gretchen Lowe; sons, Rob Lowe (Jennifer), Christopher Lowe; stepson, Josh Comer; brothers, Fred Lowe (Lorraine) and Nick Lowe (Lorraine); and grandchildren, Christine, Emilee, Brendan, Justin and Isabella. FREDRIC C. MANLY BORN JANUAR...

FREDRIC C. MANLY Born January 15, 1946, Fredric C. Manly (Fred) was the son of Philip C. Manly and Dorothy (Lowe) Manly of McConnelsville, Ohio. He passed away on May 28, 2020, at Good Samaritan Hospice in Wexford, PA after a nine-year battle with cancer. In addition to loving his family and cat, Fred enjoyed motorcycles, banjo playing, and working on home projects. As a retired Electronics Engineer, Fred could repair almost anything Fred served honorably during the Vietnam War and was awarded two Army Commendation Medals. After the war, he enjoyed a 40 year career in television engineering beginning in Ohio and later in Pittsburgh, retiring in 2011. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary Jo Manly; son, James (Lauren); daughters, Jane and Kathleen; two grandsons, Rimba and Avery; sister, Virginia (Robert) Rusiska and brother, John (Jul); and nephews, Kenneth Rusiska and Ian Manly. Due to the current pandemic situation, private family services will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with full military honors. A celebration of Fred's life will be held at a later date. The Family wishes to thank Good Samaritan Hospice House in Wexford for the loving and compassionate care Fred had in his final days with us.
