MATTHEW A. McLAUGHLIN, JR. Of Upper St. Clair, passed away at age 83, on Monday, September 16, 2019. A graduate of Xavier University and Columbia Law School, Matt was Vice President and General Counsel for engineering and a construction firm, Davy-McKee.He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Kit) McLaughlin and his daughters, Kathleen McLaughlin, Moira McLaughlin, Sheila (Greg) Cameron, Regan McLaughlin; and grandchildren, Owen Jacobson, Lucinda Jacobson, Layla Cameron and Sabrina Cameron.
