ELMER F. LOEFFLER, JR. Age 64, of Lawrenceville, on Monday, April 13, 2020. Beloved father of Michelle (Bill) Minton and Nicole (Thomas) Chechak; loving pap of Cassidy, Arianna, Abbagail, Mackenzie, Isabella, Brayden, Jordan and the late Joshua Matthew; son of the late Elmer F. and Eugenia L. (Andrews) Loeffler, Sr.; brother of Phyllis (Floyd Gray) Loeffler, Susan (William) Gerber, Julie (Joseph) Caligiuri and Joan (Dave Ruscitto) Loeffler; also survived by nieces and nephews. Elmer proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War Era. He worked as a paralegal. Elmer worked in Administration for the Department of Human Services with Allegheny County.
